This site began some 15 years ago when I had the task of teaching older staff members in an architectural practice how to use a computer. In those days, people unfamiliar with computers tended to be 'scared' of them. They enjoyed receiving a virtual jigsawpuzzle on their screens every Friday, and this taught them to use the mouse, and generally made them more relaxed and confident around the computer.
So from a circulation of just a few people within the office, the Fridayupzzle is now enjoyed by many, both young and old, all over the world.
